When I started my first podcast, Confessions of a WERKaholic in 2015 I had no strategy and new clue what to do!

Although I had built a huge audience and garnered over 1.5M downloads, I made NO MONEY. Zero dollars. But there were many lessons learned.

I truly believe part of my purpose in creating my podcasts is to also help others who want to create their own platforms to spread the messages they care about, too.
